Champion Craig’s Formula One Visit!

Craig,19, had previously had his arm amputated due to Ewings Sarcoma. Sadly Craigs cancer returned and was in-curable. Craig became very ill, quite quickly so Craig's Mum Joyce nominated Craig for a memory day. Craig's condition was so bad that he could not leave the ward. Stuart’s Michelin starred day!

Neil enjoys a luxury break with his family

Neil wanted nothing more than a stress free weekend with his family..  Neil is 21 and has recurrent Medulloblastoma of the brain and spine. Neil's future is uncertain but he remains positive. Neil is one of six children and desperately wanted to go away with his whole family for a weekend of fun, relaxation and making memories. Kayleigh is Our 4th Memory day recipient!!

Kayleigh's wish was for her sister to meet Jessie J........ Kayleigh was nominated by her Clic Sargent worker. Kayleigh has Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. Kayleigh was first diagnosed in 2011 aged 18, and after 6 months of Chemotherapy was given the all clear, Sadly in February 2012 the cancer returned and Kayliegh underwent a bone marrow transplant followed by aggressive chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Sally Enjoys our second memory day!!

A day of family fun for Sally   Meet Sally.  Sally is 22 and from Cambridge.  Sally sadly suffers Sarcoma on her heart, which has led to heart failure. But Sally still smiles! Our First Memory day has been fulfilled for Shannon Corr!!

Shannon is 19 and has had Osteosarcoma cancer since she was 14. She has had her leg amputated in the hope of ridding her of of the disease but sadly a year later the cancer returned this time in her lungs she then underwent another operation, Sadly another year later it returned in her neck vertebra which meant yet another operation to strengthen her neck bones but devastatingly all the cancerous cells could not be removed and she now has it in 3 other places, all this means Shannon's condition … [Read more...]
